Each stage ends with an approval from you. We do not move on until it is given.

    Assessment, problem statement, agreed objectives, scope and an initial plan.

    Approval before moving on

    The problem statement, baseline, success criteria, project scope and key responsibilities are documented and approved.

    Design

    Plan and validate the solution

    • Compare feasible approaches and select the right technology
    • Design data flows, architecture, analytics, AI components and security controls
    • Build prototypes where they help you decide

    What you contribute

    • Review the options and prototypes
    • Set priorities and scope boundaries

    Approved solution design, implementation roadmap and acceptance criteria.

    Deliver

    • Attend the regular performance reviews

    • Own the KPIs and decide which improvements go ahead

    What you receive

    Performance reviews, an improvement backlog and ongoing support where agreed.

    Approval before moving on

    Performance is reviewed against agreed measures, and the next actions, owners and review date are agreed.

After launch

Optimize is not the end. It feeds the next cycle.

What we learn from monitoring and reviews can reveal new needs. When it does, we go back to Understand, Design or Deliver, depending on how big the change is, and agree it with you before any work starts.
